Day 1 Activity: Fly to Bale Goba and Explore Bale Mountains National Park
- 07:55 AM, Flight departure to Bale Goba (GOB).
- 09:00: Arrival at Bale Goba: here our Bale Mountains guide and driver will meet you at the airport and start the trip.
- Drive to Tulu Dimtu on the Sanetti Plateau, which starts at an elevation of 3,700 meters and rises to 4,100 meters—this is the highest road in Africa.
- We will hike to Tulu Dimtu, the second-highest point in Ethiopia at 4,377 meters. After the hike, we’ll continue driving to Harena Forest. On the way, you may spot endemic wildlife, including the Ethiopian Wolf, as well as diverse birdlife.
- Lunch: picnic Lunch
- Here you will have a chance to make a hour hours hike to Lake Gebreguracha.
- Dinner and overnight Camping in Sanetti Plateau
Day 2, Activity: Explore Bale Mountains National Park
- In the morning take a short hike around the camp with high chance of seeing Ethiopian Wolf and birdlife. After breakfast at the camp and then drive to Bale Mountain Lodge via highest road in Africa, offering breathtaking landscape views.
- On arrival check in and lunch break.
- In the afternoon visit the beautiful Bale waterfalls a short hike in Harena Forest. On this hike you will have a chance to see some beautiful birdlife.
- Dinner and overnight: Bale Mountains Lodge.
Day 3, Activity: Hike Harena Forest and Fly back to Addis
- In the morning after coffee, will take you on a hike and birding.
- After breakfast and then check out and drive back to Robe. Around 3 hours drive.
- Lunch break and depart at 15:00 and arrival in Addis 15:55
- This will be end of the Adventure.
